The Wilson Survey Group, Inc. has been in the business of performing land surveys since 1951. The company was originally founded by William C. Walsh, P.E., L.S.L.S., was incorporated under the name Walsh Engineering Inc. of Angleton in 1985 and operated as Walsh Surveying, Inc. until it was purchased by Michael D. Wilson, R.P.L.S. in December, 2001.  As Vice President of the firm since 1992, Mr. Wilson is responsible for the day to day management of the company. The office has been located at 2006 East Broadway, Suite 105 in Pearland, Texas since 1986. Because of its strategic location The Wilson Survey Group, Inc. is able to effectively serve its clients in Brazoria, Galveston, Harris, Fort Bend, Chambers and Montgomery Counties.

The Wilson Survey Group, Inc. is a full-service land surveying company. It performs boundary surveys, construction staking surveys, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys and geodetic control surveys. These surveys are typically performed for title companies, realtors, engineering companies, and municipalities, commercial and industrial clients. The company utilizes total stations with data collectors to conduct surveys in the field. We also make use of GPS technology for establishing geodetic control and to conduct topographic surveys using RTK surveying methods. Each survey crew is led by an experienced and well trained party chief. The calculations and drawings are prepared by qualified Survey Technicians using AutoCad Civil 3D 2010 software.

The mission of The Wilson Survey Group, Inc. is to provide each client with an accurate and professionally prepared survey. This is accomplished by meeting with the client to determine the purpose(s) for the survey and by visiting the project site. A written proposal is then prepared outlining the scope of services, approximate cost and the projected time frame for completion. It is our objective to furnish our clients with a professional, cost effective and timely product that meets their needs.
